MANNA INTERNATIONAL BIBLE INSTITUTE
NEW MIBI APOSTOLIC CENTER IN UGANDA, WEEK 5

We continue week 5 to establish the MIBI KAI Center in Mukono, Uganda
WE HAD OUR FIRST MEETING WITH THE MIBI UGANDA TEAM
Prior to our move, we were able to meet with our Uganda team and establish a schedule for future meetings and begin making plans for our work here.We give praise to God that we have now secured the residence in downtown Mukono that God showed us and we shared about in our last blog. At this location, we have even more access to the area where we expect to find the site for the future KAI Center. We will move to that location on June 6. This will not only give us a larger space for us to live, work and hold team meetings, but also house others who may need to come here to assist us in our mission.

LEARNING THE CULTURE
Since our last blog post, we began our weekly intensive training meetings and fellowship gatherings with our Uganda team. These events will continue over the next months, as we prepare for our work together and seek God’s direction for where He would have us establish the KAI Center.
WE APPLIED TO REGISTER MIBI AT THE URSB OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN KAMPALA
During the last two weeks, we continued the process of applying to the Uganda government to register MIBI as an organization here, so that we can purchase property as well as apply for missionary visas that will allow us to remain in Uganda once our tourist visas expire. Thank you for your prayers, as we have now been successful in achieving those goals. Praise the Lord!.

Earning MIBI Bachelor Degrees
During our second week here in Mukono, as we shared in our last post, MIBI began its third term in our annual cycle of online training in Africa. We successfully completed the first week of this term, which will end in July. After this term, several members of our Uganda team will have completed the credits needed to obtain their MIBI Bachelor’s Degree, and we plan to hold a graduation ceremony for them in August. Please join us in praying that God will have also shown us where the KAI Center will be by then and provided the resource needed so we can own and dedicate the property and hold the graduation ceremony there
Grow your business with confidence
During our last weekend in the rural area of Mukono, God led us to pray for this region of Uganda. As we researched the history of this part of the nation, we discovered that at the time the British began its colonization of East Africa, Mukono had a prosperous agricultural economy. However, the British government forced the residents to abandon their work in agriculture to be used by them in ways that prospered England but created poverty here. A similar process was employed by European nations throughout Africa resulting in the ongoing poverty on the African continent that is still experienced today.

Spiritual Awakening in Africa
By employing the spiritual tools that God has revealed to the apostolic community, we began the process of removing the curse on this specific region, and we will continue to do the same as we move to the more populated area of this very important region in Uganda. Furthermore, as we continue to train Africans though our MIBI curriculum, they will also become adult citizens of the kingdom of heaven and prepared to take the authority that Jesus gave to His followers when He said, “I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19) As this is done, Africa will rise up to fulfill its God-given destiny! We thank God for the privilege of being used by Him in this great work!
Thank you for your prayers and interest in the new MIBI KAI Center.
We will keep you posted as things develop about every two weeks on the  MIBI website at www.mannabible.institute/blogs under the New MIBI Apostolic Center in Kampala
